Downloading Instructions:

Image #11: Flat-rate shipping gives customers a single, predetermined rate regardless of weight or delivery zone, starting March 3 the Postal Service is giving customers more options. The new Priority Mail Large Flat-Rate box is 50 percent larger than smaller boxes. For the first time in history, the Postal Service is offering a $2 discount when sending the new larger box to an APO/FPO address, enabling customers to send more with one flat price.
