Parcel Select® combines parcel consolidator expertise with the extensive delivery network of the Postal Service™. They can offer you up-front estimates on delivery times and value-added services including:
Add Extra Services: Protection in Transit Insured Mail – Insurance against loss or damage for merchandise and gifts. Shipping Convenience Hold For Pickup – Shippers can send merchandise to be held conveniently for pick up by customers at select Postal Service™ locations. Confirmation of Delivery Delivery Confirmation™ – Provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery. Signature Confirmation™ – Provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery, the name of the person who signed for the item, plus signature proof of delivery upon request. Return Receipt for Merchandise – Provides a mailing receipt and a return receipt with the date of delivery and the recipient’s signature. Collect on Delivery(COD) – Allows the postage and price of an item to be collected from the recipient by the USPS and given to the mailer. Return Receipt - Provides a postcard with the date of delivery and the recipient’s signature. Restricted Delivery - Confirms that only a specified person (or authorized agent) will receive a piece of mail. Only available with Certified Mail, Insured Mail over $200, or Registered Mail™.
