Parcel Return Service (PRS) is a workshare discount program from the United States Postal Service® that offers an easy and convenient way for your customers to return items to you. With PRS, you or your agent retrieve returned parcels from designated Post Office™ locations or from designated bulk mail centers, helping to reduce costly processing and transportation expenses. Your company benefits from improved customer satisfaction and the cost-savings associated with this workshare program.

The biggest winner is your customer, who will enjoy the convenience of preprinted, pre-paid return labels and the ease of handing their package to a Postal carrier, dropping it in a collection box, or taking it to one of over 38,000 USPS retail locations or scheduling a pickup.
