Virtual Student Group

Welcome to the new site of the Virtual Student Group of the Medical Library Association!

This is a place where library and information science students who have chosen or are considering health science librarianship can connect with each other, librarians currently practicing, and faculty—to share ideas, ask questions, and learn. Our goal is to increase the knowledge and interest in health science librarianship, thereby increasing the number of health science librarians and leaders of the future.

The Virtual Student Group site is a way to network with colleagues and make friends that you will get to meet face to face at the Medical Library Association annual meeting each May.
