Contact Community Relations - E-Mail Addresses by Region

USCIS partners with community and faith-based organizations, immigrant advocacy groups, businesses, educators and government agencies to inform immigrant communities about immigration laws, policies and procedures. By engaging in education, outreach and collaborative problem solving with external partners, USCIS identifies and resolves issues that impact immigrant communities. USCIS will acknowledge your inquiry within ten (10) business days.

Please note:  The USCIS Community Relations Program will not respond to case-specific inquiries.  If your inquiry is case-specific, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 or make an InfoPass appointment at the related link in the Related Links section of this page.
