SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

To use SSNVS, you will need:

  • Internet access,

  • A web browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. Your browser version must allow 'cookies' (files stored temporarily on your computer) and have 128-bit encryption.

NOTE: In order to use Business Services Online (BSO), your browser version must be set to accept cookies and support 128-bit encryption. This is the default setting for most browsers. If you receive a request to store a file on your computer, select Yes. BSO cookies will be deleted when you close your browser.

  • Adobe Reader (version 5.0 or higher is recommended). You will need this software to view and print your forms. For a free copy of Adobe Reader go to www.adobe.com.
