Workplace Conflict Management Section Mentoring Program
The following individuals have agreed to provide mentoring assistance to colleagues in federal agencies who are seeking guidance for the development, implementation or improvement of a workplace ADR program or system.
If you are a federal employee and would like to speak with a mentor, you are encouraged to contact any person on this list. It is important that you choose a mentor with whom you are comfortable. You may want to speak with several individuals before deciding on the best person to help you with your project. Also, you may consider working with several mentors for different issues. Please make each mentor aware if you are working with more than one mentor so each can provide you with the best assistance.
Remember, these mentors are volunteering their time to help you. They have other full-time assignments that keep them very busy. Please be considerate and help them put their time with you to its best use.
