GSALodging®

Hotel room

GSA has partnered with the lodging industry to provide federal travelers with Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) compliant accommodations within per diem allowance for selected high-volume travel destinations, both within and outside the Continental United States. Check out what GSALodging® has to offer.

  • FedRooms® provides federal travelers on official business with FTR compliant hotel rooms for transient and extended stay (up to 30 days). FedRooms® is an innovative governmentwide program that puts government travelers in FEMA compliant rooms at or below per diem rates with flexible terms, right where the traveler needs to be.

Go to FedRooms® for more information and a current list of preferred hotels (a nongovernment website). FedRooms® rates are available through all of the government's preferred booking channels.

  • Emergency Lodging Services provide temporary or emergency lodging accommodations in support of emergencies and/or disasters. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Emergency Lodging Services was awarded to Corporate Lodging Consultants, Inc. (CLC) in September 2005. CLC has onsite lodging managers to support the federal government's lodging needs associated with emergencies and/or disasters.

The BPA is presently available for use until September 6, 2006, with four one-year renewal options. The BPA contains a unilateral right to add additional users to the BPA at no additional cost. For more information on the BPA or to add your agency to the list of authorized users, please go to the Emergency Lodging Services (ELS) website.

  • Corporate Housing Lodging Services, under the Transportation, Delivery and Relocation Solutions Schedule 48 is designed for lodging needs of 30 days or more. This program provides housing accommodations for temporary or permanent employee relocation or extended training in facilities that include apartment buildings and condominiums, which can be furnished with the amenities of home.

  • Conference, Events and Tradeshow Planning Services (Small Business Set-Aside Schedule 541-D) includes the management of all  necessary arrangements for conferences, seminars and trade shows. Event-marketing services may include, but are not limited to, site location research and reservation of facilities for a trade show, event and/or exhibit booth.
