The Authority remanded the case to the parties for resubmission to the Arbitrator to set forth specific findings on the statutory requirements for attorney fees. The Authority noted that an arbitrator's award resolving a request for attorney fees under section 7701(g)(1) must set forth specific findings supporting determinations on each pertinent statutory requirement.
