This application for review challenged the Regional Director's (RD) Decision and Order overruling NFFE objections to an election.
The Authority found that NFFE failed to sustain its burden with respect to its contentions. Consequently, the grounds for review were not established. As to the mail ballot election, the Authority held that NFFE did not demonstrate that it was prejudiced by the manner in which the RD conducted the mail ballot election and found that there was no grounds for review either. The Authority also rejected the allegations concerning improper application of Authority precedent.
