The Workplace Disputes Section will offer an interactive workshop based on the
feedback from the panel discussion in January. This workshop will focus on
issues concerning the advantages and disadvantages of developing minimum criteria
for recruiting neutrals, the ethical concerns regarding the selection process,
and other roster development issues. It will provide assistance to participants
in how to develop and/or tailor minimum criteria and a selection process that is
suitable to their agency.
Due to emphasis on small group activities the CLASS SIZE is limited to 30 participants.
