We welcome your reports of severe weather if you are in our County Warning Area. Use the form below to send us your storm report. Please submit your report as soon as possible after a severe weather event. If the event is occurring now, please call (800)499-1594 first with your report so that we may warn of the severe weather immediately.

Hail any size.
Severe winds/wind damage wind gusts >= 58 mph and/or damage caused by the wind (downed trees or large branches, power lines, etc.).
Tornado or funnel cloud be as descriptive as possible & indicate whether the funnel appeared to be reaching the ground.
Waterspout location relative to a well-known landmark & apparent movement.
Flooding especially if water covers a road or damage to property is occurring or imminent.
Other damage other weather-related damage to structures, vehicles, or trees.
