Public meeting documents and materials—February 2007
Western hosted a second series of 10 public meetings on the Eastern Plains Transmission Project in February 2007. Meetings were held Feb. 12 in Brush, Feb. 13 in Limon, Feb. 14 in Burlington, Feb. 15 in Wray and Feb. 16 in Byers, Colo. Meetings were also held Feb. 19 in Lakin and Feb. 20 in Sharon Springs, Kan. and Feb. 21 in Lamar, Feb. 22 in Hanover and Feb. 23 in Avondale, Colo.
These materials were available at the February public meetings, either as handouts or as display boards.
