ERRATA

   On January 27, 2003, the Administrative Review Board issued a Final Decision and Order in this case. The fifth full paragraph of Page 3 is hereby deleted and replaced by the following:

This Board has jurisdiction to review the ALJ's R. D. & O. pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 7622 (1994), 15 U.S.C. § 2622 (1994), 33 U.S.C. § 1367 (1994) and 29 C.F.R. § 24.8 (1999). See Secretary's Order No. 1-2002, 67 Fed. Reg. 64,272 (Oct. 17, 2002).

   Accordingly, we reissue the order with the corrected page. In all other respects, the decision remains unchanged.
