ERRATA

    On December 14, 2006, the Administrative Review Board (ARB) issued a Final Decision and Order Approving Settlement and Dismissing Complaint with Prejudice (F. D. & O.) in the Complainant Wentworth's Surface Transportation Assistance Act (STAA) claim.¹ The caption included the docket number 06-158. But, the case had two ARB docket numbers, No. 06-080 for the merits appeal and 06-158 for the attorney's fees appeal. The parties' settlement disposed of both cases. Accordingly, we reissue the F. D. & O. to include ARB No. 06-080, as agreed upon in the settlement and approved by the Board and the Administrative Law Judge. In all other respects, the Order remains the same.
