The African American Federal Executives Association will hold its fifth annual Training Workshop on April 13 -15, 2009, at the Marriott Hotel and ConferenceCenter in Williamsburg, Virginia. The theme of this year’s Training Workshop is “Leadership in a Changing Environment.”
This three-day training qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. The training is intended for any Federal employee in grades GS-13 through SES and the workshops presented will include such topics as “Interview Techniques and Mentoring”, “Achieving Diversity in the Senior Executive Service” and “Developing Executive Core Qualifications.”
Federal employees and managers are encouraged to review additional conference and training information when deciding to participate, such as course descriptions, costs, and schedules, at the following website www.aafea.org/.
