- $2,850 plus a biometrics fee of $80. An additional biometrics fee of $80 must be paid for each conditional resident dependent, listed under Part 3 or Part 4 of Form I-829.
- Special Instructions :
A base petition fee of $2,850 plus $80 per person fee for biometrics are required for all conditional resident applicants. Each conditional resident child regardless of age who is a dependent seeking to remove their conditional status is required to submit a biometrics fee of $80.
