The Mentoring Program is a form of advanced education and information sharing between the Mentoring Team, the Refuge Staff, and the respective citizen members of Refuge Support (Friends) Groups. Mentoring visits are designed to help form new groups as well as nurture and advise the groups beyond the earliest stage of forming.
