Title IV, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) of 2001 contains the provisions for the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (SDFSCA) including the SDFSCA State Grants Program. The Secretary asks the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Advisory Committee to address questions related to three topics within Title IV of NCLB - 1) SDFSCA State Grants Program, 2) Unsafe School Choice Option, and 3) requirements for data within SDFSCA. The Secretary asks the Advisory Committee to address the following questions and submit a report by June 30, 2007 to the Secretary outlining its findings and any recommendations.
