New EMT & First Responder Rules Adopted

The Oregon Department of Human Services, Public Health Division, EMS and Trauma Systems Program has filed and adopted the Chapter 333 Division 265 rules governing the training, education, certification and recertification of Emergency Medical Technicians and First Responders. A temporary rule amendment has also been filed amending OAR 333-265-0025 and OAR 333-265-0040 to extend when First Responder certificates will expire and the process date.



First Responder Certification

A temporary rule has been adopted extending all existing first responder certificates to September 30, 2008.
