HB0272S03 - Utah Scenic Byway Designation Amendments, Christopher Herrod
HB0307 - Tourism Marketing Performance Account Amendments, Ron Bigelow
HB0445 - Health Program Revisions, Ron Bigelow
Senate Bills:
SB0002 - New Fiscal Year Appropriations Act, Lyle Hillyard
SB 0216 - Revisions to Military Installation Development Authority Act, Mark Madsen
In addition to signing SB 216, the Governor and Senator Sheldon Killpack issued the attached letter to the Military Installation Development Authority to clarify their role in moving forward on the Air Force project.
The Governor vetoed the following line item for technical corrections today:
Item 175 in SB0003 - Appropriations Adjustments, Lyle Hillyard
Additionally, Governor Huntsman signed SB0187S01 - Alcohol Amendments, John Valentine, Monday, March 30 at a signing ceremony.
