Journal Entry   Back Service assists U.S. Forest Service at their 18th Annual Trinity County Fishing Derby Southwest Region, June 2, 2007 Print Friendly Version On June 2, 2007, Jason Roesner of the East Texas Sub-office assisted the U.S. Forest Service, National Forest and Grasslands in Texas, Davy Crockett National Forest with their annual fishing derby.  Approximately one- hundred (100) youth up to 16 years of age attended this year’s fishing derby. The event, which offered prizes, free hot dogs and cokes, was a great success and many children were exposed to fishing and the outdoors.  The following agencies/organizations were represented at the fishing derby: USFWS, USFS, TPWD (Game Wardens), VFW-Trinity, TX (Post 6899), and TX Game Warden Association.
