On February 13, 2007, the 90-day finding on a petition to list the Jollyville Plateau salamander as endandered was published in the Federal Register.  The Service found that the petition presents substantial information indicating that listing the Jollyville Plateau salamander as endangered may be warranted.  We have opened a 60-day public comment period and are conducting a 12-month finding to determine if listing the species is warranted.
