The Rail Employer Settlement Payment form is designed to accept remittances due the Railroad Retirement Board under sections 2(f) and 12(o) of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act (RUIA).

Employer Reporting Systems

• RRB Employer Reporting System (ID-4K/ID-4E Forms Only)
  The Employer Reporting System (ERSNet) is a web-based system for use by employers covered under the Railroad Retirement and Railroad Unemployment Insurance Acts (the Acts). This system allows employers to exchange Pre-Payment (ID-4K) and Post Payment (ID-4E) information ONLY with the Railroad Retirement Board (RRB).

 
• RRB Employer Reporting System
  The Employer Reporting System (ERS) is a web-based system for use by employers covered under the Railroad Retirement and Railroad Unemployment Insurance Acts (the Acts) in exchanging information with the RRB.
