Information at this web-site will assist you in preparing and submitting recommendations and requests for funding assistance under programs administered by the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), U.S. Department of Agriculture. Program recommendations and funding requests may be submitted by completing the Unified Export Strategy (UES) application. All applications must be received in FAS by 5:00 pm, Eastern Daylight Time, on the date published in the Federal Register.
The Foreign Market Development (FMD) Program, also known as the Cooperator Program, uses funds from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) to aid in the creation, expansion, and maintenance of long-term export markets for U.S. agricultural products.
Market Access Program (MAP)
The Market Access Program (MAP) uses funds from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) to help U.S. producers, exporters, private companies, and other trade organizations finance promotional activities for U.S. agricultural products.
