Continuing Education
Continuing Education Credits will be available for the 20th National
Conference on Chronic Disease Prevention and Control.
Online Continuing Education System
Continuing education credit for this conference is available through the
CDC Training and Continuing Education Online system only. This means
that you may register for CEs, complete your evaluation form, and print out
your own certificates from the online CE system. You must complete the
online evaluation by March 30, 2009 to receive your continuing
education credits or your certificate of completion. For more detailed
instructions on how to register for CEs and for the hours that have been
approved, you may click here
(PDF–131K)
to view the Continuing Education Booklet. This will also be available for
you to pick up onsite at the conference at the Customer Service/CE booth.
Continuing Education Access through the Cyber Café
For participant convenience there will be computers available on-site in
the Cyber Café, located in the Maryland Ballroom 1 & 2, for access to the
TCEOnline system to register for CE, and complete your session and overall
conference evaluation forms during conference hours.
On-Site Assistance
If you have any questions related to Continuing Education, online access,
or problems accessing the system there will be staff available to assist you
on-site during conference. On-site support staff will be available to assist
you at the Customer Service/CE booth on the 2nd level of the hotel in the
Maryland Ballroom Foyer A.
