I started smoking when I was a teenager and I've tried to quit before. I thought smoking was only bad for your lungs. But my doctor says it's bad for your heart, too. In fact, smoking causes more preventable deaths than anything else. But as much as I want to, I find it's hard to quit. This time, I drew up a plan of action.
