Facility Management and Support Division
The Facility Management and Support Division provides general administrative support services for all EPA organizations located in the
Research Triangle Park. These services include:

The Division also provides facilities management support including:
- preventive maintenance for building systems
- utilization studies
- building and government property security
- engineering support for new construction
- Budget
- Building Management
- Custodial services
- Plans & Programs
The Division provides expertise and insight in the development of Agency wide policy and procedures relating to administrative support activities. Also, coordinates extensively with top program and Agency officials in order to ensure the proper integration of efficient and effective administrative support.
