Human Studies Division Navigation

HSD is organized into two branches: the Clinical Research Branch (CRB) and the Epidemiology and Biomarkers Branch (EBB). In addition, the branch has a medical staff. The branches conduct human toxicological, clinical investigations and epidemiological studies to advance the understanding of human health risks associated with environmental pollution. The Human Studies Division is the primary focal point of all human health research done within EPA.
