AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING AN ALLIANCE BETWEEN THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND THE NEBRASKA SAFETY COUNCIL |

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and The Nebraska Safety Council recognize the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to foster safer and more healthful American workplaces. OSHA and The Nebraska Safety Council therefore agree to form an Alliance to use their collective expertise to help foster a culture of prevention while sharing best practices and technical knowledge. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and The Nebraska Safety Council agree to establish an Alliance to promote safe and healthful working conditions for all of Nebraska's workforce by:
This agreement will remain in effect for two years from the date of signing. Either signatory may terminate the agreement for any reason at any time, provided they give 30 days written notice. This agreement may be modified at any time with the concurrence of both signatories.
