AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISH AN ALLIANCE BETWEEN THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR THE MEXICAN-AMERICAN COMMISSION OF NEBRASKA |

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and The Mexican-American Commission of Nebraska recognize the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to foster safer and more healthful workplaces for all Hispanics and Latinos working in Nebraska. OSHA and The Mexican-American Commission of Nebraska therefore agree to form an Alliance to use their collective expertise to help foster a culture of injury and illness prevention while sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
OSHA and The Mexican-American Commission of Nebraska will also work together to achieve the following training and education goals:
This agreement will remain in effect for one year from the date of signing and will automatically be renewed annually thereafter.
