EIT Procurement Documentation Checklist

In response to approving officials requests, EPA's Section 508 Team has developed this checklist along with instructions to help document compliance with Section 508. The checklist is not an EPA requirement but feel free to use this tool to help document your electronic and information technology procurements that fall under Section 508 requirements. The instructions provide links to the standards as well as helpful explanations about the technical requirements.

You may fill out the form on-line and print out for signatures or print out the form and fill by hand. This form may not be altered. If you would like to customize the form or the instructions for your office, please contact Amanda Sweda, EPA's 508 Coordinator.
