Become a Partner in EPA’s SF6 Emissions Reduction Partnership for Electric Power Systems

Joining the SF6 Emissions Reduction Partnership for Electric Power Systems can save money and provide your organization with recognition from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a leader in the effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.  By becoming a partner you join a group of electric utilities committed to voluntary and cost-effective pollution prevention.

Becoming a partner is easy:

  1. Review and sign two copies of the MOU (PDF) (2 pp, 264K, About PDF)
  2. Appoint a contact for your organization
  3. Return both copies of the signed MOUs to EPA.
  4. EPA will sign both copies of the MOU and return one to the partner.

Upon receipt, EPA will sign both copies and return one of them for your files.

After joining the partnership you will be kept up-to-date on partnership activities, and be provided with information and assistance in pursuing your emissions reduction goals.
