- EPA has scheduled a Webinar for RMP facilities on Thursday, April 30th and May 14th from 1:00 PM to 2:30PM Eastern Time.
- EPA publishes final rule to delay the effective date of the SPCC rule amendments published in December 2008 until January 14, 2010. EPA also requests public comment on whether a further delay of the effective date may be warranted. Comments must be received on or before May 1, 2009.
