Project Resources Group, Inc. (PRG) is a business consulting firm that complements the client's needs and becomes a flexible extension of the company's resource pool. PRG serves the business operations side of the company by working to monitor and respond to the operational needs of core business functions while new systems, processes, and other technical initiatives are implemented. Too often, the needs of the business are sacrificed in an all out effort to meet critical implementation deadlines. Unfortunately, the net effect is that the day-to-day needs of the business, including training, the development of methods and procedures (M&Ps), job aides, and internal and external customer interfacing processes may be overlooked. This potential sacrifice can result in significant delays, cost overruns and frustration across many functional areas involved with the particular project.
PRG has centers in Denver, Colorado and a BPO center located in San Jose, Costa Rica. This center was created to deliver services to U.S. Businesses seeking a near-shore delivery point. Costa Rica is in the Central time zone, allowing for ease in communications during normal business hours.
