The Video Market Briefing is a one hour presentation that can be done from your Company (depending on the equipment) or most Export Assistance Centers in the United States.

Our Video Conferencing Equipment is a Polycom Viewstation (tm) MP with 384 Kbs/sec. capability with a a 50 inch Panasonic Monitor, ready to use at our specially lighted Video Conferencing Room located at the U.S. Embassy in San Jose.

Embassy officials will provide a briefing about the economic/commercial environment of the country, and information on how to market U.S. products and services in Costa Rica, followed by Q/A period.

The U.S. company should provide a company profile, description of its products and goals, and a list of questions. The call must be originated from the Unites States and must be paid by the U.S. firm. Payment can be made by any major credit card at least 2 weeks in advance prior to the presentation. If the call is originated in Costa Rica, that cost should also be covered by your company (U.S. Company).
