Bear Talk

Michael Leach is an interpretive park ranger who works out of the Mammoth Hot Springs area in the summer months. He frequently gives a talk in front of the visitor center that is directed at Junior Rangers and other children, entitled The Bear Essentials. It provides information critical to having a safe visit in bear country as well as presenting all sorts of fun facts and anecdotes regarding bears. The program was videotaped on August 16th. This is one of our first efforts in producing ranger-led program videos. We thought you might like to see it despite the fact that is not the more polished video production that will be coming in the future.

Michael Leach gives an interpretive talk to children on the lawn outside Albright Visitor Center.
