Visitors will experience slight delays when traveling the roads of Yellowstone National Park next week.

Park maintenance workers will be chip sealing three small sections of road in the park starting Monday, July 17th.

The largest of the projects is on the road between Mammoth Hot Springs and Norris.  A five- mile section of that road south of Indian Creek will be chip sealed.

Chip sealing will also be performed on a short section of road between Lake Junction and Bridge Bay.

Approximately four miles of the Grand Loop Road north of West Thumb will also be rehabilitated.

Updated park road information is always available by calling (307) 344-2117.
