Read Me: Operating Information/Technical Requirements

This DVD contains all of the resources at http://oceanservice.noaa.gov/education/yos, and is compatible with Macintosh and Windows operating systems. It will launch in your Web browser application. External links to Web sites will not function without Internet access.

For enhanced performance of video and multimedia files, copy the contents of this DVD (6.2 Gb) to your hard drive and double-click the "click_to_start.html" file.

The resources on this DVD incorporate audio, video, and animations. To correctly use these materials you may need to download and install the following free software packages: QuickTime, Windows Media Player, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Flash Player, and Adobe Shockwave.

All content on this DVD and the Web site are considered to be in the public domain and may be distributed freely. Please cite NOAA as the source.
