Addendum to the AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISH AN ALLIANCE Between The Occupational Safety and Health Administration U.S. Department of Labor, Alabama - Associated General Contractors of America, Incorporated Alabama Road Builders Association, Incorporated Safe State of Alabama, Alabama Department of Transportation, The Federal Highway Administration – Alabama Division, 3M Corporation and the Auburn University – Alabama T-2 Center
Lamar Outdoor Advertising (herein referred to as Lamar) joins OSHA, ARBA, AlabamaAGC, Safe State, ALDOT, FHWA, 3M and Alabama T-2 Center in recognizing the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to foster safer construction work sites in the state of Alabama. Lamar therefore agrees to join the OSHA, ARBA, AlabamaAGC, Safe State, ALDOT, FHWA, 3M and Alabama T-2 Center Alliance to use their collective expertise to help foster a culture of injury and illness prevention while sharing best practices and technical knowledge, especially in the area of work zone safety and "Struck By" hazards.
