Addendum to the AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISH AN ALLIANCE Between The Occupational Safety and Health Administration U.S. Department of Labor, Alabama - Associated General Contractors of America, Incorporated Alabama Road Builders Association, Incorporated Safe State of Alabama, Alabama Department of Transportation, The Federal Highway Administration – Alabama Division, 3M Corporation and the Auburn University – Alabama T-2 Center |

Lamar Outdoor Advertising (herein referred to as Lamar) joins OSHA, ARBA, AlabamaAGC, Safe State, ALDOT, FHWA, 3M and Alabama T-2 Center in recognizing the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to foster safer construction work sites in the state of Alabama. Lamar therefore agrees to join the OSHA, ARBA, AlabamaAGC, Safe State, ALDOT, FHWA, 3M and Alabama T-2 Center Alliance to use their collective expertise to help foster a culture of injury and illness prevention while sharing best practices and technical knowledge, especially in the area of work zone safety and "Struck By" hazards. Lamar agrees to all of the provisions of the original Alliance signed on April 16, 2003.
