Addendum to the AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISH AN ALLIANCE Between The Occupational Safety and Health Administration U.S. Department of Labor, Alabama - Associated General Contractors of America, Incorporated Alabama Road Builders Association, Incorporated Safe State of Alabama, Alabama Department of Transportation, The Federal Highway Administration – Alabama Division and 3M Corporation
The Auburn University – Alabama Technology Transfer Center (hereinafter referred to as Alabama T-2 Center) joins OSHA, ARBA, AlabamaAGC, Safe State, ALDOT, FHWA and 3M in recognizing the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to foster safer construction work sites in the state of Alabama. Alabama T-2 Center therefore agrees to join the OSHA, ARBA, AlabamaAGC, Safe State, ALDOT, FHWA and 3M Alliance to use their collective expertise to help foster a culture of injury and illness prevention while sharing best practices and technical knowledge, especially in the area of work zone safety and "Struck By" hazards. Alabama T-2 Center agrees to all of the provisions of the original Alliance signed on April 16, 2003.     Robert L. Vecellio Director Alabama T-2 Center   Date
