The work to be performed provides for the design and construction for revitalization of the Bremerton Naval Complex waterfront facilities with four major elements: construct a substation at Pier C, switchgear at substation 22, and one transformer for B515; a second shore power feed at Substation 83; renovate B515 including offices, shop spaces, material storage, upgrade utilities, and interior/exterior lighting and demolish Pier C lighting, install new security lighting along waterfront from mooring F to Pier B and resurface deck of Pier C and incidental related work. Work will be performed in Bremerton, Wash., and is expected to be completed by December 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
