ARMY

Actus Corporation/Sundt Corporation, a joint venture, Napa, California, is being awarded an $8,900,000 firm fixed price contract to design and build 76 family units. The project will include asbestos and lead paint removal and disposal, site and building demolition and disposal, grading, support utilities, roads, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, landscaping, and recreational areas such as tot lots. Work will be performed at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, and is expected to be completed by July 31, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 53 bids solicited on July 18, 1994, and 2 bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque, New Mexico (DACA47-95-C-0016).

Martin Marietta, Burlington, Vermont, is being awarded a $123,105,668 firm fixed price supplies and firm fixed price/cost reimbursable services contract for 413,933 rockets for U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps attack helicopters, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy fixed-wing aircraft, and U.S. Army Special Operations Forces. This contract also includes 6,000 rockets for the country of Egypt and 400 for the country of Bahrain. Work will be performed in Burlington, Vermont, and is expected to be completed by May 30, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 8 bids solicited on July 15, 1994, and 4 bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, Rock Island, Illinois (DAAA09-95-C-0028).

NAVY

Martin Marietta, Government Electronic Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $176,807,866 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-93-C-5108 to exercise an option for FY 95 requirements for three Aegis Weapon Systems (AWS) and combat system support equipment. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is

expected to be completed by April 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-93-C-5108).

Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $140,072,855 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0257 to exercise an option for FY 95 Block III tomahawk cruise missile all-up-round production, depot, and operation test launch programs. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (85%), San Diego, California (10%), and South Farmington, New Mexico (5%), and is expected to be completed by September 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Pioneer Enterprises, Inc., Greer, South Carolina, is being awarded a $9,334,000 firm-fixed-price contract for alteration of dormitories, the construction of a parking lot, and upgrades to sidewalks and recreation areas at Charleston Air Force Base, Charleston, South Carolina. Work is expected to be completed by September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year and are military construction, Air Force. This contract was competitively procured with 140 proposals solicited and nine offers received. John J. Kirlin, Inc., Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded a $9,435,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the upgrade/renovation of an administrative facility at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. Work is expected to be completed by November 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year and are military construction, Air Force. This contract was competitively procured with 145 proposals solicited and five offers received. Kaman Aerospace Corporation, Bloomfield, Connecticut, is being awarded a $9,755,000 firm-fixed-price contract for 109 port auxiliary flaps and 52 starboard auxiliary flaps in support of the F-14 aircraft. Work will be performed in Bloomfield, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by August 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Software Technology, Inc., Melbourne, Florida, is being awarded a $9,935,187 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for development of software products for space systems, the performance of studies to determine the design requirements of future computer-related systems for new space programs, and for engineering services necessary to maintain existing space systems. Work will be performed in Washington D.C. (60%), Melbourne, Florida (35%), and Pt. Magu, California (5%), and is expected to be completed by January 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 219 proposals solicited and two offers received. The Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00014-95-C-2044). AIR FORCE

Rockwell International Corporation, North American Aircraft, Modification Division, Palmdale, California, is being awarded an $8,534,375 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract for 9 All Light Level Television (ALLTV) Line Replaceable Units in support of the AC-130U aircraft. These units will be used in the development of Test Program Sets for evaluating ALLTV systems on aircraft. The work will be performed at Palmdale, California (40%) and Basildon Essex (60%). Contract is expected to be completed September 1997. Contract funds of $8,534,375 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-86-C-0421, P00216).

Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Melbourne Systems Division, Melbourne, Florida, is being awarded a $9,990,000 (Not-to-Exceed) face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract for various radar asset piece parts in support of the Joint Surveillance and Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS). The work will be performed at Melbourne, Florida (10%) ands Norwalk, Connecticut (90%). Contract is expected to be completed March 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Electronics Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (F19628-94-C-0040, P00010).

United Technologies Corporation, Pratt and Whitney Government Engines and Space Propulsion, West Palm Beach, Florida, is being awarded a $9,908,880 firm-fixed-price contract for 779 Flameholders for the F-100-PW-100, 200, and 220 engines applicable to the F-15 and F-16 aircraft. The work will be performed at East Hartford, Connecticut. Contract is expected to be completed August 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One bid was solicited and one proposal was received. The solicitation was issued July 1994 and negotiations were completed October 1994. The San Antonio Air Logistics Center, Kelly Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (F34601-93-G-0003, SAH3).
