AIR FORCE
Martin Marietta Technologies, Incorporated, Electronic and Missiles Division,
Orlando, Florida, is being awarded a $13,100,000 face value increase to a
firm-fixed-price contract. This contract provides for depot repair capability
for the Low Altitude Navigation Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN) system
applicable to the F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed March
1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract is in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Israel. The
Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the
contracting activity (F33657-89-C-2162, P00127).
ARMY
R and R International, Incorporated, Akron, Ohio is being awarded a $500,000
increment as part of a $9,372,149 Fiscal Year 1995 base year, cumulative total
potential value of $38,022,535 with three option years on a firm fixed price
price indefinite quantity type contract. This contract is for the
construction, alteration, and repair of government facilities for trhe Aberdeen
and Edgewood areas at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Work will be
performed at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland and is expected to be completed
by January 4th, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. There were 187 bids solicited on January 28th, 1994 and 14 bids
received. The contracting activity is the Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen
Proving Ground, Maryland (DAAD05-95-D-7004).
