Subject: Prompt Payment and Contract Disputes Act Interest Rate
Attached is a copy of the Federal Register, Volume 72, No. 249, page 74408, dated
December 31, 2007, which contains the revised prompt payment and contract disputes
interest rate. For the period beginning January 1, 2008, and ending on June 30, 2008,
the prompt payment and contract disputes interest rate is 43/4 (4.75) per centum per
annum.
