Subject: Prompt Payment Act - Revised Interest Rate
Attached is a copy of the Federal Register, Volume 70, No. 247, page 76497,
dated December 27, 2005, which contains the revised Prompt Payment Act interest
rate. For the period beginning January 1, 2006 and ending on June 30, 2006, the
prompt payment interest rate is 5.125 (5 1/8) per centum per annum.
