Subject: Use of United States Flag Air Carriers
The purpose of this Financial Administration Memorandum (FAM) is to transmit the
attached revised section of 347 DM DOI FTR Implementing Instructions on Use of
United States Flag Air Carriers. This revision incorporates the requirement for
a trip-by-trip travel authorization for international travel and requires a copy
of the travel authorization be provided to the TMC prior to release of the
ticket.
