ARMY
Lockheed Martin, Electronics and Missiles, Orlando, Florida, is being awarded
a delivery order amount of $600,000 as part of a $9,044,981 firm fixed
price/cost reimbursable/time and materials contract for various offsite
technical/maintenance support of fielded target acquisition and designation
site (TADS)/pilot night vision sensor (PNVS) system on the AH-64 Apache
Helicopter. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, and various sites
inside and outside of the United States, and is expected to be completed by
September 30, 1996. This is a sole source contract initiated in August 1995.
The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command, St.
Louis, Missouri (DAAJ09-92-C-0017).
NAVY
PRC Incorporated, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $14,667,715
cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for software development, engineering and
maintenance services and program management support services for the Joint
Maritime Command Information Systems, Command Systems and Communication Support
Systems programs. Funds being obligated today are $75,000. Work will be
performed in Arlington, Virginia (90%), Norfolk, Virginia (5%), Pearl Harbor,
Hawaii (3%), various ships (2%), and is expected to be completed by September
1996. This contract combines purchases for the United States (99%), The
Netherlands (.3%), Australia (.3%), France (.1%), Germany (1%), United Kingdom
(.1%), and Canada (.1%). This contract includes four one-year options which, if
exercised, will bring the cumulative value of this contract to $77,139,518.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was competitively procured with 113 proposals solicited and two offers
received. The Space and Warfare Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the

Lockheed Sanders, Incorporated, Nashua, New Hampshire, is being awarded a
$26,837,597 cost-plus-incentive-fee/award-fee contract for the development of
the radio frequency countermeasures subsystem for the integrated defensive
electronic countermeasures system which will be installed on the Navy's
F/A-18E/F and the Air Force's F-15 and
B-1 aircraft. Work will be performed in Nashua, New Hampshire and is expected
to be completed by December 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by a request
for proposal and four offers were received. This contract combines purchases
for the U.S. Navy (90%), and U.S. Air Force (10%). The Naval Air Systems
Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00019-96-C-0005).
National Steel and Shipbuilding, San Diego, California, is being awarded a
$10,693,757 firm-fixed price, performance-fee contract for the Regular Overhaul
(ROH) of USS LAKE CHAMPLAIN (CG 57). This contract includes 14 options which,
if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of this contract to $14,974,023.
Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be
completed by November 1996. Contract funds will expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with five
proposals solicited and four offers received. The Supervisor of Shipbuilding,
Conversion and Repair, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity
(N62791-96-C-0003).
AIR FORCE
Loral Defense Systems-Akron, Akron, Ohio, is being awarded a $10,300,000 face
value increase to a firm fixed price contract for FY 1996 Operations,
Maintenance and Support for the Special Operations Forces Aircrew Training
System. The work will be performed at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base, Florida
(80%). Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems
Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity

Johnson Control World Services, Incorporated, Cape Canaveral, Florida, is
being awarded a $25,066,301 cost plus award fee contract for CY 1996-1998
operation and maintenance support for the Radar Target Scatter Facility,
Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. The work will be performed at Holloman
Air Force Base, New Mexico. Contract is expected to be completed December
2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
There were 91 firms solicited and 4 proposals received. Solicitation began May
1995 and negotiations were complete October 1995. Air Force Development Test
