Oklahoma was granted state program approval (SPA) in 1996. All 5 states in Region 6 have approved programs. Region 6 was the first to have all of its states achieve SPA

	Release prevention requirements	79%
	Release detection requirements	69%
	Both prevention and release detection requirements	60%
