DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Bindley Western Industries, Indianapolis, Ind., is being awarded a $12,343,165 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for pharmaceuticals under the Fleet Prime Vendor program. Two hundred forty-seven proposals were solicited and four were received. Work will be performed in Shelby, N.C.; Nashville, Tenn.; and Tampa, Fla., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 18, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPO200-97-D-7020).

NAVY

Ingalls Shipbuilding, Inc., Pascagoula, Miss., is being awarded a $660,040,881 modification to its FY98-FY01 DDG 51 class multiyear contract which provides funding for the FY00 multiyear ships (DDG 97 and DDG 98). This amount includes incorporation of approved changes to the FY00 baseline. Advance Procurement funding in the amount of $54,900,000 was previously provided for these ships in March 1998 in combination with award of the FY98-FY01 multiyear contract. Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Miss., and is expected to be completed by October 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-98-C-2307).

Bath Iron Works Corp., Bath, Maine, is being awarded a $324,071,772 modification to its FY98-FY01 DDG 51 class multiyear contract which provides funding for the FY00 multiyear ship (DDG 96). This amount includes incorporation of approved changes to the FY00 baseline. Advance procurement funding in the amount of $27,450,000 was previously provided for this ship in March 98 in combination with award of the FY98-FY01 multiyear contract. Work will be performed in Bath, Maine, and is expected to be completed by April 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-98-C-2306).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Great Neck, N.Y., is being awarded a $79,296,467 cost-plus-fixed-fee, fixed-price-incentive, cost-plus-incentive contract. This contract will provide the

FY00 U.S. and U.K. TRIDENT II (D5) navigation subsystem production and engineering services requirements. Work will be performed in Mitchel Field, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by May 2002. The contract was not competitively procured. Contract funds in the amount of $41,812,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00030-00-C-0009).

McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded an $18,467,970 firm-fixed-price contract to procure 34 target vehicles with boosters, 34 scoring kits, shipboard equipment, and two jettison test vehicles for MA-31 aerial targets. Work will be performed in Hazelwood, Mo., and is expected to be completed by December 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-99-C-0003).

Raytheon Sensors and Electronic Systems, El Segundo, Calif., is being awarded a $10,545,000 firm-fixed-price order for 21 radar transmitters in support of the AN/APG-73 radar used on F/A-18 aircraft. Work will be performed in El Segundo, Calif., and is expected to be completed by May 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00383-98-G-001A) (Order 5234).

McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded an $9,970,937 not-to-exceed, ceiling price order for 251 arresting hook subassemblies to support F/A-18C/D aircraft. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (99.6%) and the government of Finland (.4%) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed by May 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. AIR FORCE

General Electric Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a $12,663,575 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract, F33657-94-D-2000-0091, to provide for 264 retrofit kits for the Block 50 F110GE129 engines applicable to the F-16 aircraft. This retrofit will maximize safety and reduce maintenance requirements by reducing high screech levels and resolving exhaust burn anomalies. Expected contract completion date is Dec. 30, 2002. Negotiation completion date was Dec. 7, 1999. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Company, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $49,353,203 modification to a fixed-price-incentive-firm contract, F33657-99-C-3045-P00003, to provide for 12 Predator unmanned aerial reconnaissance vehicles, six ice protection kits, ground control equipment, and associated spares. Expected contract completion date is June 30, 2002. Solicitation issue date was Oct. 19, 1999. Negotiation completion date was Dec. 3, 1999. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $15,213,895 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for post-production support for the F-15 aircraft. This program will provide a technical and management infrastructure to respond to operational problems, technology assessments, and maintenance of documentation, data, and centralized configuration control authority. Approximately 15% of this effort supports foreign military sales to Saudi Arabia and Israel. Expected contract completion date is Nov. 30, 2000. Solicitation issue date was Oct. 27, 1999. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, Ga., is the contracting activity (F09603-00-C-0026).

Harris Corp., Melbourne, Fla., is being awarded an $8,868,980 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for 83 Warhead Ready Tactical Telemetry Units for use on AIM-120 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile. Expected contract completion date is October 2001. Solicitation issue date was June 8, 1998. Negotiation completion date was Nov. 30, 1999. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, Ga., is the contracting activity (F09603-00-C-0011).

ARMY

Resource Consultants Inc., Vienna, Va., was awarded on Dec. 15, 1999, an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, loaded labor rate multi-year contract, with an estimated cumulative total of $49,296,570 (if options are exercised), to provide support services to assist Army Continuing Education System professionals in the delivery of adult education services to soldiers at sites throughout the world. Services may potentially be ordered for any location containing concentrations of Active or Reserve Army personnel. Work will be performed at various locations inside and outside of the continental United States, and is expected to be completed by March 30, 2005. Of the total contract funds, $500,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was an announcement on the World Wide Web on Aug. 30, 1999, and three bids were received. The Defense Supply Service-Washington, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (DASW01-00-D-3000).

Rockwell Collins Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $5,333,154 modification to firm-fixed-price, time and materials contract DAAB07-96-C-A760, to exercise the option for Single Channel Anti-jam Manportable (SCAMP) efforts. Work will be performed in Richardson, Texas and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Sept. 1, 1995. The U.S. Army Communications & Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is contracting activity.

Raytheon Technical Services Co., Vienna, Va., is being awarded a $16,754,903 increment as part of an $83,770,175 cost-plus-award-fee contract, for Cooperative Threat Reduction Logistics Support III. Work will be performed in the former Soviet Union, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 16, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 200 bids solicited on Sept. 18, 1997, and two bids were received. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Dulles Airport, Va., is the contracting activity (DTRA01-00-C-0007).

Oshkosh Truck Corp., Oshkosh, Wis., is being awarded a $43,449,351 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAE07-96-C-X159, to exercise the option for 158 Heavy Equipment Transporter trucks (M1070). Work will be performed in Oshkosh**, Wis., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on March 15, 1996. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity.

SEI Corp., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $31,116,836 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAE07-96-C-X100, to exercise the option for 158 Heavy Equipment Transporter Semitrailers (M1000). Work will be performed in West Plains**, Mo., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Nov. 15, 1999. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity.

Griffin-Albers*, a joint venture, Atlanta, Ga., is being awarded a $52,388,802 fixed-price-award-fee contract for installation support services and preventive maintenance. Work will be performed at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $51,160,583 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAJ09-97-C-0005, for 5 Black Hawk helicopters (UH-60L/S70A-41 for the Columbian Air Force, with associated technical publications and training. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Luhr Brothers Inc., Columbia, Ill., is being awarded a $5,000 increment as part of a $5,200,100 firm-fixed-price contract for placement of a Stone Protection Sny levee on the Mississippi River. Work will be performed in Pike and Calhoun counties, along the Mississippi River, Ill., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 9, 2001.
